Find answers to common questions about our products and services.

  • Because everything’s made to order, we don’t accept returns/exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Questions: support@thecarguyclub.com.

  • We’ll fix it. Email us within 30 days with your order #, photos of the issue + shipping label. We’ll replace (most common) or refund.

  • Production: 2–7 business days. After ship: US ~3–8 days; Canada ~5–12; EU/UK ~3–10; Rest of world ~7–21. Peak seasons can take longer.

  • It can. Different items may be produced at different facilities, so your order may arrive in separate shipments with unique tracking numbers—at no extra cost.

  • If there’s no movement for 10+ US business days (20+ international), email support@thecarguyclub.com and we’ll investigate with the print partner/carrier.

  • Check with household members and neighbors, then wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan). If it’s still missing, contact your local post office. Email us after that—replacements for “Delivered” scans are case-by-case.

  • Only before production starts (often within hours). Email support@thecarguyclub.com ASAP with your order # and the change.

  • Yes. Import duties/VAT may be charged by your country and aren’t included at checkout unless stated. Customs delays are outside our control.
