Refund policy
1) Made-to-Order Items (No General Returns)
Every product is produced just for you through our print partners (via Printify). Because we can’t re-stock customized prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size/fit, color preference, or change of mind

Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item
2) We’ll Make It Right (Damaged / Defective / Misprint / Wrong Item)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you.
How to request a fix (within 30 days of delivery):
Email support@thecarguyclub.com with:

Order number

Photos of the item and packaging (front of garment/print, close-ups of issue, and exterior shipping label)

Short description of the problem
After review, we’ll approve a replacement (most common) or a refund to your original payment method.
3) Lost, Late, or “Delivered” But Not Received

In-transit / no movement: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ U.S. business days (or 20+ international), email us and we’ll investigate with our partner.

Marked Delivered, not received:

Check with household members and neighbors.

Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan).

Contact your local post office/carrier.
If still missing, email us—we’ll help where we can. (Replacements for “Delivered” scans are case-by-case.)

4) Address Issues & Returned-to-Sender

Wrong / incomplete address at checkout: If a package returns to sender or is undeliverable due to an address error, we can re-ship once you provide the correct address; re-ship fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Carrier refusal / unclaimed packages: Treated as returned-to-sender; re-ship fees apply.
Note: Return packages go to our production partner’s facility (not our office). Please do not send items back without written authorization; we can’t accept or process unsolicited returns.
5) Order Changes & Cancellations
We can modify or cancel only before production begins. Orders move to production quickly (often within hours). If you need a change, email us ASAP with your order number and the requested update.
6) International Orders (Duties & VAT)
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included at checkout unless stated. These are charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.
