1) What we do

Car Guy Club sells made-to-order apparel and accessories. We use third-party partners (including Printify and its print providers) to produce and ship your order. Some items may ship separately.

2) Using this site = agreeing to the rules

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms and our other posted policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

3) Eligibility & your account

You must be 13+ to browse and 18+ to purchase (or the age of majority in your state). Keep your account info accurate and secure—you’re responsible for activity under your account.

4) Orders, pricing, & taxes

  • Order acceptance: We may cancel/refund any order for issues like suspected fraud, inventory, or pricing errors.

  • Prices: Prices can change at any time.

  • Taxes: You’re responsible for any applicable sales, VAT, or import duties shown at checkout or charged by your country.

5) Production & shipping (Printify + carriers)

  • Made to order: Typical production time is 2–7 business days (longer during peak seasons).

  • Estimated delivery: Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays from carriers, customs, weather, etc. are outside our control.

  • Split shipments: Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If a package is marked Delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier office; then contact us and we’ll try to help.

6) Returns, exchanges & problems

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns for size or change-of-mind.
We will make it right if:

  • the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or

  • you received the wrong item/size compared to your order confirmation.

How to request a fix: Email support@thecarguyclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

7) Payment, chargebacks & security

We process payments through trusted third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments). By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. If you dispute a charge (chargeback), we may suspend or cancel current and future orders until it’s resolved.

8) Promotions, discounts & gift cards

Promos and discounts can’t be combined unless stated. They can change or end at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used on our site.

9) Communications & marketing consent

If you opt in (e.g., email or Instagram ManyChat flows), you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe any time (email support@thecarguyclub.com or use the opt-out links/keywords provided).

10) Your content (reviews, photos, tags)

If you post, upload, or tag us in content about our products, you grant Car Guy Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in our marketing (including social media), with credit where practical. You promise you own the content and it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.

11) Our intellectual property

All designs, logos, graphics, product photos, and site content are owned by Car Guy Club or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, resell, or exploit them without our written permission.

12) Acceptable use (don’t do these things)

You agree not to:

  • use the site for illegal or fraudulent activity,

  • try to break or bypass our site’s security,

  • scrape or copy the site or products for commercial use without permission,

  • interfere with other users’ experience.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13) Third-party services & links

We rely on third parties (e.g., Printify, shipping carriers, payment processors). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services.

14) Warranties & disclaimers (plain English)

We do our best, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free. The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Guy Club (and our owners, employees, and partners) won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue.

Some states don’t allow certain limitations; in those places, we limit liability to the maximum extent allowed.

16) Dispute resolution, arbitration & small claims

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Good-faith resolution first: If there’s a dispute, email support@thecarguyclub.com and we’ll try to resolve it within 30 days.

Arbitration: Except for small-claims matters, any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and AAA (American Arbitration Association) rules.

  • Venue & language: Salt Lake County, Utah; English.

  • Individual claims only: No class actions or class arbitration.

  • Small-claims carve-out: Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Salt Lake County (or your U.S. county of residence if rules allow).

Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@thecarguyclub.com within 30 days of your first online purchase with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your full name and order number. Opting out doesn’t affect other parts of these Terms.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Guy Club from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of someone’s rights.

18) Changes to these Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and may post a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
