Shipping Policy

How Your Order Ships

Car Guy Club products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners through Printify. This lets us create fresh designs without over-producing—but it also means:

  • Items may ship separately if your order includes products made at different facilities.

  • Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, because production and carrier timelines can vary.

Order Processing & Production

  • Production time: typically 2–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your item ships.

Heads-up: Production can run longer during peak seasons (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December) or due to supply/carrier disruptions.

Estimated Shipping Times (after production)

  • United States: ~3–8 business days

  • Canada: ~5–12 business days

  • Europe/UK: ~3–10 business days

  • Rest of world: ~7–21 business days

Remote areas or customs clearance may add time.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout: “Rates shown at checkout are based on item type, destination, and carrier.”

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when each item ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered in separate packages with different tracking numbers at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [support@thecarguyclub.com] with the correct address and your order number.

  • If an order ships to an address entered incorrectly, any reship fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost, Late, or Stalled Packages

  • If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (U.S.) or 20+ business days (international), email us and we’ll investigate with the print partner/carrier.

  • If a package is marked Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

    1. check with household members/neighbors,

    2. wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan), then

    3. contact your local post office/carrier.
      If still missing, email us—we’ll do our best to help, but carrier “Delivered” scans may limit replacements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [support@thecarguyclub.com] with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with our Printify partner to replace or refund as appropriate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are notincluded at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. Delays at customs are outside our control.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

Most items can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some carriers restrict certain products or sizes. If there’s an issue, we’ll reach out for an alternate address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items are made to order, we can only modify or cancel an order before production begins. If you need a change, email us ASAP at [support@thecarguyclub.com] with your order number and requested update. Once production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Pre-Orders / Backorders (If Applicable)

If a product is marked Pre-Order or Backorder, we’ll list the estimated ship window on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your full order may ship separately so in-stock items aren’t delayed.

Holiday & Weather Delays

Carriers sometimes experience seasonal surges or weather-related disruptions. We’ll keep you posted if we see any widespread delays that might affect your order.
